He kept us up to date on progress and sent pictures texts and phone calls so we always knew what was going on. The project moved quickly and met the timelines he outlined in the beginning with minimal delays and few extra expenses. He went out of his way to help us get appliances installed and inspections completed without us needing to be on site which saves me several hours of driving. I have gotten several quotes and estimates from different contractors. Evelyn Katz from Home Renew 360 was very knowledgeable and professional. My wife had tons of questions regarding Designs and I had more questions regarding how the work is going to be done. EVELYN was the only Representative who brought out a ladder and got on the roof and let us know exactly what needed to be done. She went over several design options and recommended other styles that we did not think of. There were several good contractors who came out but EVELYN at Home Renew 360 made my wife and I   very comfortable and confident that they will do a really good job. We were nervous after previously starting to work with another contractor who turned out to be unresponsive, so we started with renovating half of a bathroom as a "test." Even though our first project was small, Farid treated it as important. He was at our house almost daily, answering our questions, guiding us in selecting materials and supervising the tradespeople's work. More than that, he responded in a timely manner to all of our texts, emails and calls, and was always upbeat, helpful, and had good solutions and problem-solving skills.

Not only is Farid a knowledgeable engineer who really knows construction, we were also so impressed with each tradesperson on his team -- they were highly skilled, polite, reliable and always went the extra mile to make sure we were happy.  Once that project was finished, we were so pleased and totally ready to start planning a complete kitchen and master bath remodel and replace all our flooring. 

We didn't know much about remodeling, so Farid showed us plenty of photos of similar things he'd done and made suggestions. He's very positive and affirming, and made us feel good about our choices or offered suggestions when he felt something wouldn't work. Because he and his team were so easy to work with, we decided to add some projects that really rounded out our remodel nicely. It's not easy to live in a small house while it's being remodeled, so it was good to know that we could count on workers coming out on every possible day and everyone sticking to the schedule or informing us when there was a delay. 

We are now finished with flooring and almost finished with our kitchen remodel and are extremely happy with the work and the choices Farid helped us make. Any time we weren't happy with something, he listened to us and addressed it. When we interacted with people from the Home Renew 360 office, they were also very nice and wanted to be sure we were happy.

Remodeling is never fun when you're living through it, but it has been exciting and an opportunity to stretch our imagination. And besides being a knowledgeable engineer, creative problem-solver and skilled project manager who always follows up, Farid is a genuinely nice person to work with! read less

We had an unexpected leak... read moreI had such a great experience, I felt like I needed to leave a review. We had an unexpected leak that turned into our kitchen having black mold all over. Our insurance company pretty much told us they were not responsible. Nathan was sent out and was very knowledgeable about what we were looking at. From, day one he was able to guide us through the process from mold removal to a complete kitchen remodel. Anytime I had a question or concern he was right there to help. Every single person that came to work in my house was friendly; not to mention on time which is a big plus. Everything turned out beautiful! I would highly recommend Home Renew 360. I would definitely higher Nathan again for future projects. I honestly canâ  t say enough about them! I am extremely satisfied. read less
